About
Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.

Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Can thanks to the team. Clear amber brown beer, small and short lived bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin bodied dark malts, a decent dark chocolate. Floral nutty sweetness. Airy semi dry finish. Clunky.

Can thanks to the team. Semi opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, a small and short lived pale tan head. Candy dark chocolate, contrasts poorly with some bitter chocolate. Thin dry finish. Clunky.

Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. An oily dark black brown coloured pour with a lasting a hloa of tan head. Aroma is toasted cinnamon, apple, brown sugars, cinnamon. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown sugars, brown sugars, sticky.
