About
Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.
Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Can sample at a tasting at Odi's place. Thanks Max. Black. Roasted grains, coffee, some peat smokiness, charcoal, some dark chocolate, sweetish and umami, quite full-bodied, boozy.

A hazy, but not a very good one. There's some fruit, lightly floram and sweetness for sure, but it all feels synthetic and muddled. Really missing brightness and character here.
