on tap at Zly Casy beer festival. Slightly unclear golden yellow with a large white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty-sweet with shy but nice hop flavours in the lingering finish. Bitter-sweet with the emphasis on the sweetness. A delicious full-bodied and well-rounded Bohemian Pilsener.

On tap at Plan B, Copenhagen. A clear, dark golden beer with a nice off-white head. Malty and grainy nose with some fruits and DMS-notes. Sweet and malty flavor with caramel, grains and a nice hoppy bitterness. Medium body and a bitter finish. A quite decent beer, but a bit strange. Some wet cardboard doesn’t lift the experience. On tap at Plan B, Copenhagen. Served a clear, dark brown body under a nice, beige head. Roasted malt, toffee, some wet grains and a hint of wet cardboard in the aroma. Roasted flavor with toffee, coffee and a nice hoppyness. Medium to full body and a roasted finish with some bitterness. There seems to be a house charachter on the beers from Chyne, and I’m not sure I like it. Decent beer though. (080913)
