Our brewery is a one-of-a-kind, built for non-traditional brewing methods like decoction mashing, open fermentation and barrel aging, and for leveraging the limitless possibilities that wild yeast strains and experimental hops present.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a clear golden with a small white bead. Aroma has doughy malt and what seem like expired hops. Flavour is better, with soft doughy malt, very soft fruity hops, and a touch of pine. Very soft and fresh, though not particularly assertive. Solid enough.

16 oz can poured. 4 pack from the local liquor store, and I basically pulled this pack right off the delivery truck the other day and waited for them to add the new sku. Canned 9/5/24. Fun and fresh! Pours a clean golden orange. Lemony, citrus hop oil, bitter front, grassy and dank. Ripe fruit and citrus hop aroma. A bit hot on the nose. Slight caramel malt dares to balance on flavor, but that citrus, lemon drop hop character really hangs on late. Overall a fun, solid fresh hop.

Can. Pours a clear copper hue with a medium white head. A big sweet nose, citrus and some resin. Smooth flavors, soft perfume, toast, caramel, candied lemon. Melons. Solid.

500mL bottle. Pours black with almost no head. Aroma has rye bread, whiskey barrel, dark chocolate. Flavour has toasted rye, whiskey, dry wood. This is an excellent rye imperial stout; great use of barrels.

Can. Pours a mostly clear orange hue with a large white head. A big malty nose, citrus. Sweet. Tea, toast, deep citrus. Quite balanced for an IPA. I like it. Pineapple and toast.

Pale and opaque. Medium head. Hoppy nose is orange and stone fruit. Washes over the tongue is that gutted way that a non-alc often does. You get the citrusy hop and good bitterness but no sugars so it feels like it’s missing something, and the balance isn’t quite right.

On tap at Portland taproom. Pours almost black with a beige head. Aroma has a lot of harsh rum up front with some stringent fruits underneath. Flavour has a pretty solid rum flavour, fruity notes are inoffensive. The rum dominates in an unpleasant way. Surprisingly light mouthfeel.

On tap at Portland taproom. Pours dark brown with off-white head. Aroma has peanut butter and soggy roasted malts. Flavour has very minor peanut butter notes, roasted malt, and a weird fruity aftertaste. Not particularly enjoyable.

On tap at Portland taproom. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma has lots of lychee and some dank fresh grass. Flavour is much the same with some pine notes coming through. Meh.

On tap at Portland taproom. Pours brown, almost black, with a thick beige nitro head. Aroma has roasted malts, coffee, and toffee. Flavour has roasted malt, coffee, and slightly burnt caramel. Fantastic nitro stout, great flavour for a style that's normally pretty meek.
