We’re Crux Fermentation Project— housed in a former AAMCO Transmission Plant and inspired by our location right in the heart of Bend, Oregon. Our brewery is a one-of-a-kind, built for non-traditional brewing methods like decoction mashing, open fermentation and barrel aging, and for leveraging the limitless possibilities that wild yeast strains and experimental hops present.

On tap at CopenRoss Boise. Foggy pale orange peach pour. Thin off white head. Plenty of soft citrus pithiness and a decent stinging hop bite. Nice balanced hazy.

Taster flight at Loyal Legion. Hazy yellow golden pour with a decent sized white head. Hoppy aroma is bright, fruity and floral. Taste takes all of that and adds in some green, piney notes. Hoppy without being too bitter.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A big sweet tropical juice nose. Sweet, toast, lots of juicy hops. Very smooth,

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a surprisingly nice piney hop character, with some citrus and spent grain. Flavour is more washed out, tasting more like floral hop water. It's clean and drinkable, just not very interesting compared to better NA IPAs I've had.

12 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews. Canned 12/19/22. Match Madness continues. Really nice golden here, with plenty of juicy hop character. Cloudy golden orange appearance. Rocky foam head. Juicy orange fruit hop profile. This might actually be more flavorful than a typical golden ale, a style I often get bored of easily. This one leans more towards NA IPA for me, as far as all things considered go. Long lingering tropical hop, and bready grain balance. Another solid NA option from these guys.
