Bottle at the brewery big thanks to the brewer. Citrus, fruity and light dank hop character. Not much made in the way of notes as I was talking with the brewer.

DRAFT at Zăganu Bar, Bucharest. Cloudy golden-amber, sticky white head. The aroma is tropical fruit and peach puree, very little resins. Taste: restrained fruity sweetness, medium chewey boxy, soft pithy bitterness. A nicely done easy drinking hazy. Very good. 3,7/5.

BOTTLE. Murky dull beige, white head. Smells very fruity and artificial - bubble gum, oxidized citrus, shredded apple, stale fruit, almost no hop resins. The taste is medium sweet vague loveless fruit - oxidation it shouts. Light pithy bitterness. 2,9/5.

SEP-2019. BOTTLE. Cloudy pale straw, white head. The aroma is mostly mango juice and some pineapple, just a hint of citrus - not bad, just closer to a juice rather than a beer. The taste is thankfully less fruity, making room for some white citrus pithy bitterness, that is, however, rather unagressive. That, and the low, soft carbonation, make the beer feel a bit flat and thin. Overall, a nice hazy ale, maybe a bit too mellow. 3,6/5.

AUG-2019. DRAFT at the BCBF. Cloudy pale straw, white. Very fruity aroma, dried tart apricots, almost artificially strong. The flavour has it too, along with a woody polen dusty bitterness that masks it off. Nice and fruity and chewy, but there's something bubble gummy about its flavour. 3,3/5.

Opaque black, beige head. Aroma: cooking chocolate, light spicy hop, earthy coffee or coffee grounds. Taste: medium sweet dark chocolate and earthy coffee, moderate balancing hop spice. Medium easy drinking body, smooth mouthfeel. Not much coffee here, but the overall balance of sweetish cooking chocolate and spicy hop is quite compelling good.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up in town. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Not bad, some forward saison yeast, ripe lemon and apricot, mild bitterness straw, wheat bread. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Alright balance on the finish, more wheat bread, a little dough, more citrus and saison yeast. Fine.

Really cloudy orange amber, sticky off-white head. Looks good, no signs of oxidation. The aroma is really fruity and juicy, overripe peaches, also quite sweet - polen, crystallized honey, lactose even (?). On the other hand, there's some sharper hop resins and oils. The taste follows, juicy fruity and sweet. The bitterness is quite big and, unlike many other hazy IPAs, is not purely zesty, but more like cleaner alpha acid type. Overall, even though too sweet for my taste, a really nice hazy / juicy brew.
