Bottle 375ml @ gunnfryd. Pours almost black with a small purple head. Aroma is tart with notes of cherry, alcohol and honey. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium sour with a long warm, cherry and honey finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Super sweet, lightly warning. Some spiced notes. Honey, cherry, complexity. Really nice, although a bit acidic in the finish. 848417 260228

Extremely well balanced aroma of blueberries and cherry like notes as well as honey.
flavor is very soft and velvety and non-bitter honey mead with a well integrated fine blue berry note.the two mixed have finer notes like white chocolate, but mostly just awesome honey with an awesome blueberry twist. it's insane it is this flavorful at just 10% abv. might be the best mead i've ever tasted.. clearly one of the very best.

Bottle 375ml vintage 2024 @ Home. Pours deep purple with no head. Aroma has notes of tart cherries, honey and a hint of vanilla and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long warm, tart cherry and floral honey finish. Body is full, texture is oily to sticky with no carbonation

Bottle @ gunnfryd. Uncelar reddish body without any head. Aroma has honey, blueberry and boysenberry. Taste is sweet honey with blueberry and boysenberry just like aroma. Fine body with some boozy alcohol in aftertaste. Quite nice.

Bottle at Winter Affair 2026. Brownish body. Excellent aroma, heaps of cherries/berries, with a good honey undertoon. Almost caramelly heavy maltiness, smoooth with lighter cherries/berries than expected perhaps. Just lovely!

Bottle at Winter Affair 2026. Brownish body. Honey, sharp vanilla, dried grapes/berries in the aroma. Juicy grapes and berries in the taste, pleasant honeyish undertone, lean, warming, tasty!
