Description
While running our website Crafty AF - our quest to find the perfect AF brew often left us wanting more. We felt the world was being shortchanged; there wasn’t a brewery that emanated truly craft alcohol free beer, and there were so many beer types left unexplored. It was from this realisation that Lowtide Brewing Co was born.

6/5/2021. Can from WiseBartender.co.uk. Once again a great AF beer under the Lowtide name, I'll go as far as to say the best AF beer I've tasted. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with a frothy white head. Super aroma of citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, mango and grass. Moderate fruity sweetness, with a nice bitter/tart balance. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Extremely drinkable, I almost don't believe it's AF.

0.44 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before September 2021. Hazy, yellow with a massive, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, intensely fruity, gently floral and a little grassy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple and passion fruit. Just slightly sweet, rather dry, very fruity, gently floral and slightly grassy taste of pineapple, passion fruit and lemon peel, followed by a short, fairly dry, slightly grassy and moderately bitter finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty, hardly recognizable as an NA beer, one of the best I've ever had.

1/5/2021. Can from WiseBartender.co.uk. Pours clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, grain, tropical fruits, flowers, citrus, caramel. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Not as good as their other too, but still well above average for an AF beer.

0.44 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before March 2022. Clear, mahogany with a large, foamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little roasty aroma of roasted nuts, bread crust, caramel and hints of raisins. Rather sweet, malty, moderately bitter and a little roasty taste of caramel, bread crust, roasted nuts and a touch of tobacco, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally roasty finish with a touch of clove. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid dark NA beer, lacks the yeasty flavours of a true Brune though.

29/4/2021. Can from WiseBartender.co.uk. Lowtide are definitely my new favourite alcohol free brewer (though not sure I ever had one before). Like their DIPA I had earlier, this one is also really good and excellent as AF beers go. Poured clear deep amber brown with a creamy off-white head leaving good lacing. Aroma is light roasted malt, Maltesers chocolate, biscuit, dried fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, light creamy texture, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Very impressed.

29/4/2021. Can from WiseBartender.co.uk. Definitely one of the nicest AF beers I’ve had. Pours clear deep golden with a frothy white head. Aroma vid hoppy, citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, grass, pine, touch earthy/veggie. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, average carbonation. Develops more citrus bitters to finish. As good as many ISA’s I’ve had, enjoyed this.

0.44 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before October 2021. Slightly hazy, amber with a large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral aroma of tangerine, orange and kumquat. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral taste of orange, lots of tangerine and light kumquat, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. A little anaemic, even for what it is, still okay.
