Description
While running our website Crafty AF - our quest to find the perfect AF brew often left us wanting more. We felt the world was being shortchanged; there wasn’t a brewery that emanated truly craft alcohol free beer, and there were so many beer types left unexplored. It was from this realisation that Lowtide Brewing Co was born.

10/V/24 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 24/XI/24, L23328 14:33:32 (2024-315)

Little cloudy pale yellow blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: a bit fruity, some citrus, very floral, soapy, more fruit notes, a little funky. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: gentle bitterness up front, a bit fruity, some citrus notes, floral, soapy bitterness. Aftertaste: more soapy flavours, a bit metallic, lemon drop candy, a little bitter, malty sweetness in the finish with more floral to soapy flavours. Don’t like it very much.

I enjoy the taste (maybe except the sourness) but it’s too thin. If it had the creamy texture of Guinness 0.0 it would be a delight.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours clear yellow with a fizzy, fading white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of dried pine needles, lemon peel, hay, damp grains. Light bodied and fizzy. Finishes more pale grains, pine needles, hay, a little herbal tea. Not great.

Dåse fra Beerdome. Den er sort med et fint brunt skum, der dog forsvinder ret hurtigt. Aromaen er ristet malt, meget chokolade og vildt meget honning. Den er sød og lidt bitter.

Too watery. Not too much flavour. Had a much better one from the same brewery a few minutes before. Check the date! It’s already 9 mths old. That’s borderline. Not so cool to sell it at full price.

Not quite worth the 5€ price tag. But super nice for an AF
