Bottle 750ml. [ Bottle #59 ]. Unclear medium to dark orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, spruce - resin, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, alcohol, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

Bottle 750ml.ABV: 10%. Clear medium amber colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, caramel, grainy, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20130225]

Bottle 750ml.[ Bottle #782 ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sour apple, tart apple, barnyart, tart, manure. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, fruity, tart, barnyard, brett, grape. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130216]

Why are cucumber saisons a thing now? - clear gold pour - no head - nose is strong vegetal cucumber and mildly spicy basil, along with some light phenols and crackery malt - flavor is similar - a lot of strong vegetal notes and moderate basil - some plastic phenols late, light pepper - finish of medium crisp malts - not that good.

Not sure what makes this belgian - seems like a straight up pils, and a darn good one at that - very dry, crisp and clean - mildly sweet up front, but most dry, with moderately bitter, grassy hops - light mineral bite through a quick, bitter finish - tasty.

Bottle. Pours dark reddish brown. Nose and taste of super tart cherry, funky acid, green apple, leather, earth, cocoa, toasted almond and Ethiopian coffee. Medium body. Acidity is muted a bit by the cocoa and coffee which helps balance this out.
