Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a little white foamy head which quickly dissipated and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet and tart notes of some green apples, subtle funk, sly acidity/sour further down in there
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a tart to funky and subtle sour blend; finishes with the tart apples and some funk
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness but also a little bit of tart assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done sour/tart apple ale I wouldn't having again if I could find one.

Crowler from the brewery. Pours black, with a fair, tan head. The aroma is heavy walnut, vanilla, cappuccino, toasted oak, and leather. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, pleasant, roasty bitterness. Medium body, a bit chewy, and just a little biting. Balanced, quality, and enjoyable.

32 oz. crowler. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is vanilla, passion fruit, hemp, pine sap, and coriander. Sweet and malty, with a mild, grassy bitterness. Medium body, acerbic, and sticky. Pot-forward and grassy, sharp, and tasty enough.

Taster at the brewpub. Pours a clear, orange color, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is roasted corn, spruce, toffee, grass clippings, and hay. Sweet and malty, with a light, nutty bitterness. Medium to heavy body, creamy, and thick. Not irritating.
