750 ml bottle courtesy of BeerandBlues2, thank you sir! Very light yellow color, solid white head. Aroma of dusty lemon. Taste is sour and bitter, like a lidocaine troche.

Tap at Trinity - turbid dark golden - a subdued but nonetheless complex sour, reminding me a bit of a less aggressive and acetic Tart Lychee - acetic acid hits the tongue first, but the malt base subdues it rather fast - this and the yeast/brett are in control for much of the middle - yeasty, with light horseblanket funkiness, bready malt - light acidity and the fruit character break through near the finish - kiwi is not apparent - it is more of a general tropical fruit character - this lingers through the finish - understated but nice.

Tap at Trinity - hazy gold with a fluffy white head - a very earthy, tangy saison, with a yeasty character not unlike a hefe - medium dry, peppery, with a hint of pear character - just the slightest bit of funkiness to it - the squash compounds the earthiness, but thankfully does not add a vegetal character - dry, dusty finish - quite good.

Had this on draft at the brewpub today - dark amber/brown brew - like other high gravity brews from this brewer, it seems a bit light and easy to drink for the strength, with very well-masked alcohol - only when you start to feel the effects do you realize it really is as strong as they say it is - also, mush like many of their other beers, it sound a lot more complex on paper than it actually tastes - still quite good though, and subtle - very dry for something so strong, so the herbs and spices incorporated are what really stand out - tastes earth and herbal - the masala is actually most prevalent, and the rest is more of an innocuous spiciness - the pumpkin comes through in the finish, especially as it warms - not a very strong belgian character - tastes more like a straight up pumpkin ale, but a well-balanced one.

750mL bottle shared by Tim, courtesy of alagnak. This is an acetic beer, but its doable for me. it is a thick pale golden color that one cannot see through yet it still radiates. Aroma is strong brett and even stronger acetone. I can smell cheese. Flavor is watery-thick-lemon. Its not watery but watery lemon, not watery beer. Oh and there is acetone and brett, so it works well enough,

Bottle at Pilsner Pete’s RBSG. I usually love sours, but this one was a bit much. Pours muddy brown. Nose is sour apple, musk and funk. Taste is over the top rancid sour apples and sour cherries, balsamic vinegar and acetone.

bottle shared by beerlando, thanks! Pours light gold with a thin white head. Aroma is a variety of fruits with a huge funk in the nose. Flavor is by far one of the sourest beers I have tried, apple and lime flavors with a very dry finish.
