Pint can. The beer is an ambery orange gold color. Mildly hazy. Nice off-white head. The aroma has some nice hop action bouncing around. Big predominantly dank hoppiness with some lighter citrus and tropical fruit on top. Onion, pine resin, mineral, grass, tangerine, pineapple, pepper, overripe orange. More dank than I tend to find in a lot of hoppy stuff. The taste carries through this earthy, spicy hop flavor. Mild to moderate bitterness. A bit of that oily hop presence. Otherwise, fairly light. A touch of caramel maltiness. Pretty classic IPA territory but with a fun mix of hop flavors.

16 oz. can from Jane’s. Nice deep, rich golden body with small bubbly head. Aroma is all about the hops, dank and funky. Taste brings in a little sweetness, some caramelly malts and a nice crisp hops bite. Bitter finish stays on the palate for a while. Nice big hoppy IPA without it being a double.

Can. Pours clear orange, medium off-white head, dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is grassy, pot, green onion, dank, tangerine. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Pretty solid. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Bomber from the far out Whole Foods in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours murky gold with a white head. Aroma is a mix of caramel and fruit. Slightly toasty caramel perhaps. Med +body. Flavor is somewhat earthy/roasty caramel with pale stone fruit. Not wholly dry, and moderately bitter. Yet it does provide a hop burn on the tongue edges. A bit off the typical IPA of these latter days, but pretty tasty all in all.

From a 22 oz. bottle it is a somewhat cloudy burnt golden color with a thin off white head. The Aroma has hints of saison and the taste is thin which evolved into A stronger bitter flavor with hints of toffee. Smooth finish.

Bomber from one of the Whole Foods stores in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours very dark brown with a slight dark tan head. For me the aroma is smooth chocolate, mild treacle, and something like sea buckthorn. That’s a blast from the past. Med body. Flavor is chocolate, medium treacle, and something like "sea" berries. Those things the Danes keep putting into ales. Alternatively it comes across like fresh fruits of the berry sort. This is indeed "unique" IMHO. And I’m not feeling the heat very much. Hardly at all. Damn pleasant ale.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours translucent copper with an off-white head. Aroma has lots of fruit with some earthy/citrus hints. Med body or better. Flavor is very fruity with some citrus and I think a touch of earth in the finish. Nicely bitter, but not harshly so. I usually like more bitter but this hits the spot for me. Good stuff. Could be a bit drier.

On tap at Harry’s in the ’dro. It pours a lightly hazed golden orange color with a creamy off white head. The aroma has pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Hints of lightly toasted malt. Nice, but not super potent. The flavor has honeydew and canteloupe. Lots of melon and not much else. The bitterness is pretty low and it has a creamy mouth feel. Melon-like hops are huge. Pretty good stuff, but a tad one dimensional.
