Bottle at home. About 4-5 year old. Pours a dark brown to black colour with a small light brown head. Aroma with lots of chocolate truffles, ash, coffee, oak and some vanilla. Well roasted flavour with dark chocolate, roasted malt, oak, leather and ash in the end. Has a soft and silky mouth feel, full-bodied and a light to medium bitterness. Well-balanced and rich.

Taste is slightly dry, tart, fruity, tangy, salty, minimally sweet, notes of passion fruit, hints of sauerkraut, some citrusy hop bitterness; prickling carbonation. Very refreshing.
