Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Rye Wine ✅ Prominent rye flavor, oaky, boozy, slightly bitter. Kind of tastes like a more bitter barleywine.

bottle. Aroma of port wine cellar (yea' it's bourbon BA, but who knows, perhaps the bourbon has been on port barrels). dried dark fruts and full-on malts blend well with wood and the bourbon. rounded and cellary aroma. quite refined. flavor is dried dark fruits, wood, bourbon, booze, faint licorice, rye. a real winter warmer. A real sipper.

bottle suprisingly dark, totally baltic porter color, light brown head. Very nice aroma of roasted malts and port wine barrel. flavor is roasted malts, wood, faint dried dark fruits from the port wine barrels, old dry raisins, faint dark caramel, Many very hard roasted notes, but all of them quite refined and accompanied by woody notes, making it all quite complex and interesting. great sipper and great overall.

the final release 2020 aroma of port wine, toasted and lightly roasted malts, fainter very nice notes of good quality chocolate and caramel, all in all great aroma. Flavor is sweet lightly roasted malty, a bit of fruitiness like raisins and dark dried fruits, a bit of wood, even faint charred wood, all the flavors are extremely well mixed up and none stand out, making the beer an exceptionally delicious treat and sipper. Sort of a dark malty barley wine with notes that reminds me of belgian quad and barrel aged brown ale. belgian quad is probably the closest flavor, but this one is smoother and less yeasty (in a good way).
