Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Can (from Kabacka Seinäjoki). Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is some tart floral tones with mild grapefruits and a bit herbal tones. Flavour is funky, some floral tones with grapefruits and some tart wooden elements. Strange, but not all too bad though.

Draught@TCBW2023. Black colour with a mediumsized brown foamy head. Aroma is toffee, some coffee, tonka beans, mild bourbon sweetness with some chocolate, roasted tones and some syrupy sweet tones. Flavour is pretty much following the pattern of the aroma, but also has some rum sweetness coming through. Tasty!

Bottle at home, from Cat in a Glass online, 11/05/24. Dark mahogany brown with a beige cap that dissipates over time. Nose is booze, dried fruits, dates, figs, spice, light vinous nature, herb, toffee, fruit cake mix. Taste comprises dried fruit rinds, cognac nip, dates, figgy jam, toffee, spice, dark malts, raisins. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good blast of alcohol. Tidy BA Barley Wine if a touch unrefined in places and lacking a bit of cohesion ... decent though.
