(Draught at Mikkeller at Morebeer, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2024) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple and toast. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, white bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy and fruity, but a bit sharp and unbalanced. Still, quite nice.

Bottle. Coppery brown colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head which leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet ripe fruits, some toasted and mild leathery tones with some caramel to it as well. Flavour is caramel, chocolate, caramel, some alcohol and mild figs to it. Ripe bananas, mild smoke and some slight spiciness as well. Quite complex. Good sipper.

Bottle. Black colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is peanut butter, chocolate syrup, some vanilla, caramel, fudge and some slight maple syrup too. Flavour is chocolaty, some peanut butter, dried fruits, mild fudge, vanilla and some alcohol sweetness. Bunch of peanut butter and chocolate syrupy tones in the finish and aftertaste.

Bottle. Pitch black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some caramel, coconut, ripe fruits, bananas and some vanilla with a bit of alcohol sweetness and some toasted tones. Flavour is pretty similar, but way sweeter than what the aroma let's you think. Otherwise nice, but a bit overly sweet in flavour.

ABV: 5.5%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, wheat, minerals, fruit, citrus, fruity hops, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240423]

Can. Deep reddish brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is black cherries, strawberries, chocolate and some mild syrupy tones. Flavour is strawberries, chocolate syrup with some burning alcohol and mild spiciness with some creamy tones too. Burns on the tongue.
