Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Tap@Simon The Tanner, Bermondsey, London - orange to amber pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour fruity and salty, some zesty lemon notes, grass, light spice and some definite nuance of mint, very different but not really my thing.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts and nicely hoppy. Taste malts, nicely hoppy, nice medium bitterness and nicely fruity. Quite like it. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange color, medium sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, light pine and spruce hops. Taste malts, hops, again edging towards pine and spruce influences with a slight touch of tropical fruit in the background and a nice medium bitter finish. Don’t detect any lemon peel though. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice, gets better after a while, probably was too cold when I poured it.

33cl bottle at Pudel, Tallinn. Pours close to black, with a rather small, beige head. Roasty aroma with lots of cocoa, some coffee, dark fruits, caramel and hints of spices and wood. Medium to moderate sweet with nice roasty flavours and a certain bitterness. Tasty winter warmer!

Bottled@AIH53 (from Lumo, Rauma). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is lime and mint along with some malts, which gives a kind of liquorice root like aroma. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild salty notes.

Bottle 330ml (AIH53)
Murky orange-pinky color, not much head. Aroma has mint, salt, tart lime. Light-bodied. Fruity tart rhubarb flavor. Mint leaves and lime are there, and salt. Does not work together at all. Some kind of new hangover drink? Gose ...
