Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Thin malts, a little grain. Very light and thin citrus and floralness. Light finish. Inoffensive but that is because there is nothing to offend! A whole lot of not much here.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts bring mild cream and mild to medium sweetness. Mellow sweetish pine. Little hop spice. Piney citrus and a little bitter citric peel. Light finish. Bitter linger. Nicely joined up but not a shouty IPA.

Opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. A slightly herbal nose?! Smooth palate, fairly soft with mild fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, no roast here. Mild herb and spice carries over from the nose. Mellow vanilla produces nice chocolate and chocolate cake where it intersects with the dark malts. Smooth semi dry finish. Tangy chocolate linger. Oddly hernbal but goes down easy.

Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. A thoroughly odd sesame - savoury start. A Mojito like lime, lime peel and milt mint ensue. As the beer warms up the sesame fades but it’s still an odd beer. On paper should work, but something is a little off here.

Tap at Beer Hunters, Pori. Labelled mint & lime but must have wrong label. Murky amber color, small white head. Aroma has red grapefruit and vitamin C tablets. Light-bodied. Acidic, salty, sweetish rasberry. Very medicinal. Quite far from classic Gose.

Appearance is black, with a small light brown head which lasts most of the time. Aroma- strong coffee, alcohol, vanilla pods, overripe fruit, oak. Taste- slightly fruity, almost minty, vanilla undertones, dark chocolate, coffee grounds, thick mouthfeel. Pretty good, but slightly unbalanced.
