Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Bottlled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Branding is cool, but these guys should learn how to use colours properly in how to make a beer more visible by the name of it. Aroma is floral, fruity, and some citrus with sweet malts. Flavour is very similar, in a good balance.

On tap at Pudel, Tallinn. Pretty close to black with a somewhat modest, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, some dark, bitter chocolate, mild coffee and hints of spices. Medium sweet with roasty flavours and a certain bitterness in the finish. Tasty, quite flavourful and certainly drinkable, but I think I would enjoy it more if it got some more months.

Bottled 330ml (K-Supermarket City, Pori)
Hazy amber color, decent off-white head, lace. Piney-fruity aroma, American hops! Light-bodied. Dryish flavor has pine and citrus. American hoppyness. Maybe unclean vibe in the finish. Drinkable.

Bottle 330ml (K-Supermarket City, Pori)
Hazy orange color, good white head, some lace. Very yeasty, even unclean aroma with hints of coriander. Light-bodied. Wheaty, coriander, lightly acidic rose berries and some orange peels. So you are able to trace all the given ingridients here. Some kind of hybrid of Belgian Wit and American style wheat beer. Homebrewish.

Draught @Maltainen Metso, Tikkurila. Deep amber, thick white head. Grapefruit on the nose, wood and herbal notes. Thick mouthfeel, full bodied. Sweet, grapefruity flavor, pine and herbal notes. Bitter finish. Quite massive, not so refreshing. Little too sweet/herbal for me
