Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

(Bottle at OlutExpo 2015) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had clove, coconut and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were clove, coconut, burnt malts, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. Similar spicy mess as the vanilla version with the horrid coconut added.

(Re-rate, bottle, 0.33 l, from Alko, 20161104) Aroma had pine, burnt malts and liquorice. Flavours had dark chocolate, burnt malts, sweetness, pine and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, ash and bitterness. A nice soft imperial stout with chocolate notes. Either I was way too pissed while rating this beer previous time or the beer has improved a lot. I suspect the latter.

Draught @ OlutExpo 2015
Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of grapefruity juicy notes, grassy hops and citrus. Taste is smooth, juicy and fruity with some citrus and grapefruit. Finish is smooth, slick and juicy fruity with some grapefruit. Quite smooth for a grapefruit beer.
