Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Tap at Pudel, Tallinn. Pours amber with off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, berries, tangerines, biscuits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, berries, oranges, tangerines, malt, biscuits. Finish is intense pine bitter. Overall: ok, bitterness is little bit too harsh.

Tap at Stones, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, grape!, hops and malts. Pretty good body for this abv but little bit of soapy. More points for grapiness.

Bottled 330ml (K-Supermarket City, Pori)
Hazy amber color, decent off-white head, lace. Piney-fruity aroma, American hops! Light-bodied. Dryish flavor has pine and citrus. American hoppyness. Maybe unclean vibe in the finish. Drinkable.

Bottle 330ml (K-Supermarket City, Pori)
Hazy orange color, good white head, some lace. Very yeasty, even unclean aroma with hints of coriander. Light-bodied. Wheaty, coriander, lightly acidic rose berries and some orange peels. So you are able to trace all the given ingridients here. Some kind of hybrid of Belgian Wit and American style wheat beer. Homebrewish.

Draught @Maltainen Metso, Tikkurila. Deep amber, thick white head. Grapefruit on the nose, wood and herbal notes. Thick mouthfeel, full bodied. Sweet, grapefruity flavor, pine and herbal notes. Bitter finish. Quite massive, not so refreshing. Little too sweet/herbal for me

A dark yellow beer, a head is small and white. Aroma has wheat and malts, honey, some lemon and spices with coriander. Taste has wheat, sweetness of honey, spices, lemon and aromatic flowers, tight end. Almost medium bodied. Quite unique witbier but not for me.

A hazy, slighty orange colour, a head is blond and medium. Aroma has mangos and grapefruits, some fructose, fresh. Taste has strong grapefruits, some mangos and citrusfruity sourness, medium and piney bitterness is long. Light+ bodied, not watery. Quite strong bitterness with the light body, thus the hoppyness is strongly dominating. Good beer.
