Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Draught @ Pikkulintu. Aroma is hoppy with tropical fruits and some biscuits. Flavour is hoppy with fruity tones, some minerals and grapefruit. Finishes with lingering hops that become a bit acrid and herbal at the end of the glass. A solid, clean and nice IPA. Could use even more fruits.

(Keg at Kaski, 20140814) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, fruitiness and pine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, fresh grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A good and balanced hoppy pale ale.

From tap at Pikkulintu. Pours nice amber-orange, just like nice clear apple juice. Head is small but leaves a nice lacing on the Nogne O pint glass. Looks like a good summer beer. Beer is a bit cold for me to understand the aroma, so need to wait till it gets warmer. Maybe a bit of melon, fruits with some herbal traits. Some malt character, bread. Taste is nice bitter, but quite lightly so. Bitterness is solid though, these guys did not spare their hops. Interesting, this beer has still some body, although there is not too much alcohol. Bitterness remains long in your mouth, feels pretty good actually. Nice summer brew, quite enjoyable. Sori guys have done a good job, I wonder what their first “Estonia brewed” beers will taste like. This one has clean taste and is definitely well executed, tasty and refreshing if not too complex.

Draught @ Stone’s, Helsinki
Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of crisp malts, grassy hops, citrus and pine. Taste is bitter, crisp malty and grassy with some citrusy and piney notes. Finish is crisp, dry and harshly bitter with grassy hoppiness. A bit light bodied and harsh, but better than the first edition.

Draught @ Stone’s
Fruity and hoppy aroma with peaches and some malt. Creamy palate. Flavour has hops, grapefruit, some minerals and gooseberry bush. Herbal bitterness at the finish, which lingers for a long time after the sip. Too hard, I liked the 1st more.

Tap @Nordic, Tampere
Clear deep amber color, small whitte head, some lace. Grassy, fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Nice robust maltbase for this ABV, hoppyness has citrus and some fruityness. Clean, well-brewed APA/IPA with decent hoppyness. Hats off to Ruosniemi guys too ....this is the way to go.
