Description
Sori Brewing is located in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. Backed by crowdfunding investors, Sori Brewing is on a mission to make the world more fun with better craft beer. Started by two Finns who moved away from their home country to brew without compromises. Not far, but far enough to make it count. Together with an amazing team, these guys are dedicated to bring you joy in a form of craft beer.
Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

330ml bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi

BBE 14052016 - Pours clear yellowish golden with a smooth head. Aroma of zesty lemon, spices, hints of honey, citrus and wheaty yeastiness. Taste is crisp, zesty and a bit musty with some hints of lemon, honey, tartish citrus and yeastiness. Finish is crisp, somewhat fruity and lemony with some yeastiness and hints of spices. A bit musty, but pretty tasty still.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #004: BBE 14.05.2016
Aroma has citrus, some mellow soapiness and homemade mead. Also some sweet fruity notes. Flavour is odd with ripe apricot, milky notes, some spices and citrus. Citrusy tartness grows stronger after some sips. Somewhat musty, I like my wits more refreshing.

Amber color with frothy white head. The nose is way too much dms with cream corn. Medium body modest bitterness. Very simple but weird hopping.

Tap at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki. Colour is black with slightly brownish white head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Very enjoyable. Little bit of more body and this one could be great. Points for nice coffee in aroma.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma of berries, sweetish fruits, caramely malts, toffee, syrup and hints of glue. Taste is sweet, malty and stuffy with some hints of berries, caramel, toffee and grassy hops. Finish is lingering bitter but a bit stuffy with some berries, toffee, caramely malts and gooseberries. A bit unbalanced, and unfortunately not quite as the version they served at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend.
