Draft at the Endeavour taproom, The Rocks, Sydney. Poured a clear light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is herbal, light floral. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, light herbal, apple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing like an English bitter, but not so bad!

The flavour is moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, red berry fruit, earthy, dry, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied worn average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, chocolate, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not like any Czech dark lager I’ve ever had before, but very nice all the same.
