Bottle. Rather cloudy gold with a small white head. High bead. Restrained fruity aroma has orange, lemon, grapes, grapefruit, honeydew melon. Taste is mild and fruity with moderate drying bitterness. Rather over-carbonated. Quite subtle and complex. [3.2] Bottle. Slightly hazy with a small white head. Fruity aroma with citrus and melons. Taste is sweet with caramel and lots of fruit. Low carbonation. Gentle bitterness, slight astringency. Lingering bitter oranges. OK, maybe the cellaring guff wasn’t complete guff. Pretty elegant drop.
