Description
The “Ritual Lab On the Road” project was created - Reality more unique than rare in Italy! With the goal of delivering directly from the brewery in all of Italy in record time and with maniacal attention towards the transport temperature. This due to our refrigerated vans we can finally propose our beer in the most difficult areas in our peninsula, in every season maintaining a high profile of our product.

Keg at Taps, Uppsala. Hazy golden, small head. Rich aroma of papaya and grass. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Papaya and grass. Fairly low bitterness.

Bottled 330ml. -from Firenze Birra, Italy. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, mango and tropical fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, mango, passion fruits, light touch of candy and oranges and some alcohol in the finish.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours a pale canary yellow with moderate white foam, fine. Aroma is grainy and grassy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is just moderately bitter, with some sweetness. Finish is average, though some more bitterness is evident when the beer gets warmer.

Bottle - Mango and mandarin orange. Murky gold with a nice white head. Sweet and lots of tropical notes, orange peel and mango in the background. Solid beer.

Bottle - Some strawberry and other non descript fruity notes. Cloudy pinkish orange with a decent white head. Tart strawberry, stone fruit and some other tropical notes. Not sure if the Mango stands out enough, but it is light fruity and refreshing.
