On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Amber with orange bright highlights, ivory tick and frothy foam. Nose: malty and caramel, honey. Mouth: medium sweet honey, rustic maltiness, moderate bitterness.

Tap at BDog Roma. Deep brown with reddish tints, low thick head. Malty nose. Bread, some peaches and oranges, caramel, toast. Rich, lightly sweet and fruity, very toasty. Nice peppery hop finish. Like a richer version of their marzen. Nice stuff and not overdone. These guys can do lagers.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata carica, quasi miele di castagno, schiuma avorio media e persistente. Al naso note di malto, crosta di pane, caramello, note tostate, leggero erbaceo e cereali. In bocca è dolce, con finale appena amaro. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Discreta.

Tap at Macche. Deep amber-brown wth a tall head. Toasty, malty nose, bready, some caramel, grassy, herbal hops and light minerals. Rich malt flavor is bready and toasty, nutty, Not too sweet, but very malty. Nice.

On tap @Prosciutteria del Corso in Spoleto-Italy. Black color with brown highlights, medium foamy head. Nose: notes of caramel and coffee, roast is evident and quite peculiar. Mouth: again roast, although balanced, medium bitterness.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. What a superb appearance! Juicy and bright peach pulp with an irregular white foam. Nose: round mango aroma, quite intensive although never over the top, pellet. Mouth is sessionable, tropical with a tart grapefruit-led overall. Summer ale! Terrific

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso tantissimo mango, leggero off-flavour (uovo). In bocca è equilibrata, delicata, un succo di frutta. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Si beve.
