Many thanks to ciocanelu for this can! The beer starts fresh with a weak body. The elderflowers are there, a bit sweetish and not too deep. Fresh and grainy-sweetish aftertaste with (a bit artificial) elderflowers and sweetish lemonade. No bitterness, no beer. The aftertaste is medium with sweetish elderflowers above hints of malt. Too sweet.

Many thanks to ciocanelu for this can! Sweetish lemon aroma with sugary sweetness. Not much beer there an quite sweet. The aftertaste is a bit flat and artificial, sweetish lemon, sugar, no beer.

Many thanks to ciocanelu for this bottle! Malty fresh beginning. Filtered beer but nice smooth yeasty Belgian aroma. Moderate bitterness on a body, that tastes like a sweetish Kristallweizen. Nice and slightly bitter finish. Interesting.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear amber, big frothy head. Smells fruity and estry like a cheap Belgian blonde, yeasty and meaty too. The taste starts with a corn-like sweetness, those harsh fruity esters all over the place again. The finish is spicy and moderately bitter, but feels kind of inappropriate. Again, yeasty. Drinkable and has some kind of flavour, but I would choose a watery but clean lager of over it any time.

500ml can from Albinuța UK, imported from Romania. Pours clear golden yellow, small foamy head but it disappears quickly. Not much of an aroma, maybe a bit bready, sweetish. Taste is also somewhat bland, malt, corn. Very light bitterness. Almost average.

CAN 50 CL. Clear golden, lacing white head. Smells of cooked corn. Sweetish taste of corn and unfermented wort with an unpleasant grassy bitterness. Middle of the pack non-alco.

CAN 50 CL. Not sure if it’s the elderflower or what, but it actually smells of (very sweet) citrus hops as well as some dankness. Surely with nothing but a sweet soda water backbone. The taste is very sweet with those "hoppy" notes too, a touch of grains and bubblegum, some CO2 harshness and slight bitterness in the very finish. It is the least bad radler I ever had.

Can. Interesting. The first truly Romanian Radler perhaps? Soc are elderflowers, and are the basis of a popular soda-like partially fermented drink in Romania. Interesting flavor, floral with white grape must notes to it. This "beer" taste quite a bit like soc, to the point where there is really no beer left on board. Pours like carbonated white grape juice, with a small white fizzy head that dissipates quickly leaving no lacing. Aroma is soc. Flavor is fully sweet, no bitterness, soc (floral white grape must). Light body. Not bad, but then I like soc. As a beer? No way.

Tap. Pours clear pale golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is sharp lemon, coriander, a touch of wheat, grainy. Flavor is light plus sweet, minimal bitterness, sharp lemon, lots of coriander. Light body, medium carbonation. Not great, but ok for a Romanian beer.
