Thursday 16th October 2025. Cobweb tasting session with four friends, almost every beer being very old or just 'out of date' (mostly very old). My place being the venue. We had water or a lager style beer every so often to cleanse the palate, this 500ml can was one such lager. Shared by me, I obtained it from a local Eastern European store last week, it was well in date (BB 1st Jan 2026). It poured a very clear and clean light golden colour and had a fast fading white head. Just what we needed between the old stuff, but it's not a great beer by any standards.

At La Copac in Bucharest, probably draft. Gold with a frothy, white head. Faint grassy aroma, but mostly empty. Perhaps that’s for the best with this brewery. Taste is bitter with a touch of spice. Relatively clean feel. Simple and mundane but drinkable.

Bottle at La Copac in Bucharest. Gold with a frothy, white head. After that it goes downhill. Dank aroma, skunk, soggy, rotting grains. Moderate sweet throughout. The finish lingers longer than you would like. Bad stuff.

Can from East Euro Market, Yateley. Clear copper gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. The aroma has chemical sweet citrus and corn syrup. Metallic edge. Flavourwise it's similar. A sweet syrupy streak with a touch of citrus. Metallic edge. Develops a burnt plastic element into the finish - this is not pleasent. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation..Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Basic lager which then dvelops an awful flavour. I like the cabin artwork though.

500ml, bottle.
Newish lager in Romania, but nothing special. It is sold in all imaginable packages, e.g. 330ml, 500ml bottles, 2L PET, 500ml can.
