Bottle. Aroma sweetish, apples lightly solventy. Deep golden colour. Taste is thin, watery, apples. After all it is still drinkable. But that is about the best that can be said about it.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that bottle. Looks really interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts quite malty and quite dry. Grasy, some wheaty notes. Modest dry background. Notes of flour. Finish a bit moldy-malty. Okay.

bottle as I Cavalieri Rossa from Coop Kreuzlingen. Hazy amber colour, mlarge fluffy off-white head. Fruity touch, yeasty, robust grainy malt flavours. Hints of caramel and spices.

bottle as I Cavalieri Bionda from Coop Kreuzlingen. Hazy pale yellow, huge fluffy white head. Malty base with a fruity sourness, shy hints of spicies and hops. Except for the sourness quite ok.

Bottle at Chrisso’s pre-GBBF shindig 2013. Thanks to Ed for the share. Aroma is some nutty cara malt, some higher alcohols. Caramel orange colourws pour with a halo of white head. Pretty average. Flavour is toast, and biscuit slight dried fruit notes.

@Porec, 2013, mooie fles, wazig geel/gouden met witte kraag aroma: floraal, mout, citrus, stro smaken: matig zoet, matig bitter, licht zuurtje, normale sterkte, matig gemout, licht kruidig, hop, prikkelende zeer licht zurige tint, komt wel verfrissend over !. zwakke body, prikkelende co2, afdronk wat droog --- Beer merged from original tick of Cotta 21 on 25 May 2018 at 14:12 - Score: 5

Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’13. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty herbal flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty herbal finish.
