Butelka 0.5l (BB 14.09.2021). Klasyczna czarna ipka, bardzo gładka, subtelnie wpadająca w słodycz z delikatnym kwaskiem w posmaku, ogólnie bardzo smacznie to wyszło.

500ml can. From Piwne Mosty.pl. Bbe 14.09.21. Poured pretty much black in color. Roasty with licorice in aroma, citrusy hoppy flavors. Bitter finish. Quite fresh feeling.

Bottled 500ml (Piwne Mosty)
Hazy orange colour, small white head. Malty and citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, malts, lingering citrus in the aftertaste. Ale-like lager. A bit odd plasticky yeastyness too.

Bottle at home. Quite hazy deep golden with small white head. Lots of flowery hops, orange peel, grassy, more fresh hops. Soft bread crust malts, with a hint of dough and yeast, but it's mostly hops here. Under medium sweer and medium bitter. Medium bodied, very light hop burn. Not a typical pils, but pretty nice!

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Dank hoppy aroma of mediocre intensity, notes of resin, pine, some grass, a citrusy touch, roasty, dark malty background with hints of coffee and dark chocolate, whiffs of liquorice. Taste is resinous, piney and grassy hoppy, roasty dark malty, medium hoppy and roasty bitterness, notes of pine, resin, grass, a minimally citrusy touch, notes of dark chocolate, a touch of coffee, whiffs of liquorice. Slightly oily texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation; very mouthfilling, diverging in a way. Exposes the paradox character of a Black IPA very well: cooperation of hop and roasted malt concerning the contribution to bitterness, friction between both of them concerning the harmony of dark malty and earthy, grassy, piney hop flavours, and a kind of accepted supportive role regarding fruity hop flavours in relation to chocolately, dark malty flavours and not to forget the question: what is the pale part in a black ale? However, works all very well as you can see in this case.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 05.10.2021). Mało kwaśne, ciut truskawkowe, daje radę w upalny dzień.

Butelka 33cl (BB 25.05.2023).
