Citrusy , dry and bitter

Bottle shared at Nyírjes. Black pour, beige head. Nose is cocoa powder and light chocolate with an interesting fruity touch. Also some citruses. Taste is surprisingly fruity with unexpectedly intense tannins. It shows some cocoa powder, citruses and grassy notes too. Closes with a chocolatey finish, has a medium to big, somewhat silky body and soft carbonation. Too acidic all in all, still not terrible tho.

Bottle shared at home. Pours opaque golden with a white head. Nose is light hops, moderately fruity and grassy, white grapes and funk. Taste is fruity, deriving from the hops and the barrel, and additionally it it shows brett, some wood, citrus zest and herbal notes too. Closes with a dry finish, has a medium to full body and a soft to average carbonation.

Bottle shared at home, cellared this one for 1.5 years. Nose and taste are loads of chocolate, nougat notes, molasses and smoke for days, sweet and savoury, with oak touches. Big bodied with close to zero carbonation. A bit flat, otherwise pretty nice.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque black with a delicious, creamy, beige head. Subtle, smoky nose - seems mostly peaty atop chocolatey black malts. Solid body, lightly sweet choolate malts. the smoke is with you throughout but never becomes overpowering. 120325

10.02.2019 Aromat chmielowy, kwiatowy, owocowy, trochę słodowy. Lekko zamglone, słomkowy kolor, biała piana dość trwała. Smak chmielowy goryczka wysoka wyraźna nawet za wysoka jak na session ipe. Jest też słodycz słodowa. Ciało średnie, nagazowanie średnie, finisz goryczkowy. Ogólnie dobre, jak na ipe.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, roasty, coffee, hoppy fruity notes, citrus, hint of liquorice. Flavour is light sweet with a hoppy coffee roasty bitter finish. Quite dry and medium bodied. Tasty hoppy roasty Stout, remarkably dry!

Bottle at home. Aroma is pale malt, grass, fruity, lemon, some floral and perfume, grassy hops. Flavour is moderate to medium bitter. Body is light to medium. Refreshing citrus grassy hoppy Lager, very crisp.

From tap at Weźże Krafta, Kraków. Aroma is massive smoke, bbq, smoked bacon, oak, Bourbon, sweetish dark malt, roast, notes of coffee and chocolate. Flavour is above medium sweet. Body is medium to full. Quite the smoke and Bourbon assault on the senses.

From tap at Strefa Piwa, Kraków. Aroma is soft tropical hops, some biscuity malt, with notes of peach and a hint of diacetyl. Flavour is bitter and light sweet. Body is light to medium. I expected way more from this considering the high ratings. I like the bitter flavour, but even subtle diacetyl always ruins a beer for me.
