Piana znika jak z coca coli. W aromacie czekolada, kawa, delikatna wędzonka, śliwka, susz owocowy, wanilia, liker czekoladowy. Bardzo przyjemnie, elegancko. W smaku praliny, czekolada, kawa, wędzonka. Mniej akcentów owocowych w smaku. Wysycenie ciut za wysokie. Ciało wysokie ale bez przesadyzmu. Goryczka niska ale obecna, alkohol dobrze ułożony. Bardzo smukłe, dobrze ułożone, złożone piwo. Na plusik.

Bottle from early 2019. 4 years old and first batch bottle. Alc was only 11%. Poured into Widawa 9th Anniversary sniffer glass. Pieknie pachnie beczka wieloma owocami suszonymi glownie sliwka szydlowiecka, ciemne oleiste ze spora ciemno bezowa piana srednio trwala. Intensywne w kazdych zmyslach tresciwe degustacyjne, rozgrzewajace. Cudo.

Butelka 33cl (BB 25.05.2028). Spora dawka czekolady okraszona delikatną nutką wanilii, bardzo gładkie, dobrze ułożone że średnim ciałem i lekko piekącą ciut alkoholowa goryczką na finiszu. Smaczne choć mogłoby mieć więcej ciała i wpływu beczki, niemniej bardzo dobra robota, gratulacje Wojtek po raz kolejny.

Bottle, Parukářka tasting. Huge thanks guys! Blackish body, off-white head. Brown sugar, peat and coffee in the aroma, quite okay. Peat dominates the taste, however, mixed with chocolate in the rough, but nice dry and bitter taste. Good one but didn't thrill me, wonder how much it lost, if anything, since it was released.
