On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso note di malto, miele, biscotto, note erbacee e citriche, leggero pollaio. In bocca è equilibrata, attacco dolce con finale amaro, abbastanza secca e pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Ben fatta.

On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Cloudy golden pour (Keller young plus) with a white cap. Nose: hay and some honey. Mouth: lacks a bit of bitterness but it’s solid, rustic.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata appena torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di esteri, banana, frutta gialla, leggero bubblegum. In bocca è equilibrata con finale secco e buono spunto amaro. Corpo medio, carbonazione leggera. Non male, ma va migliorata, e risolto il problema di carbonazione.

Golden, clear body, with a big, creamy, off-white head.
Aroma of citrus, dankness, earth, pine, passion fruit flesh, some stone fruits, some biscuit.
Tastes pretty similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes dry, medium bitter, citric, piney, zesty, a bit earthy, slightly sweet-juicy, with some tropical fruits.
Very nice. Easy and fresh, while aromatic and really crisp. Just enough biscuity body to balance the dryness. Lovely, sessionable stuff.

In bocca è equilibrata, attacco appena dolce con amaro medio non invasivo, secca, pulita, fresca. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Buonissima.

Nice refreshing stuff.
Clear yellow color with a fine white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma. Looks nice and inviting. Ok balanced sweetness and bitterness. Citric hoppy, tropical and pine in the flavor.
