Description
Our story started back in 2008, in Buenos Aires when Ramiro and Nicolas, two thirsty brothers, began home-brewing on their mom’s balcony. This little family project grew and grew. We opened our own bars and got our own brewery. Our passion for craft combined with our constant need for innovation got rewarded with International Prizes. When our cousin Lu met David and moved to Berlin we started dreaming of opening a bar there. In 2021 we started brewing in Berlin.

Ftom tap. Pours dark brown with a deep amber glare, tan head. Aroma is fruity and roasted malt. Bitter, dark malty. Mild floral to tropical hoppy. Medium dry, fruity, toasted dark malty finish.

Draught No head, veiled orange beer. Strawberry obvious in the nose, and strangely, rather Cavaillon instead of watermelon. Quite lactic, lactic acid, some fruitflavours, but not expressly strawberry, nor melon. Agressive acidity, acidburn and -thing, good carbonation. Bit sharp, nice aromas.

0.33 l bottle from 'AleHub', best before March 2029. Very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of roasted nuts, coffee, some smoked ham and a touch of caramel. Gently sweet, malty, quite roasty, a little sourish, slightly fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, smoked ham, red grapes and red berries, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter, a little tart finish. Medium to full body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant brew, an Adambier in the Freigeist tradition with a touch of sourness and smoke, not as extreme as 'Methusalem' though.

Mild rauchiger, dezent säuerlicher Beginn. Weich röstiger Mittelteil, der Alkoholgehalt ist nie erkennbar. Spritzig, deutlich malzig, eher kurzer Abgang. 9/8/10/8/6/8

Can. Hazy yellow colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some grains, floral and mild oaty tones with a bit zesty and nectary elements. Flavour is sweet floral and fruity tones with quite evident maltiness and some slight earth as well.

Muted Horn: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is spicy hops, some light fruit. Taste is bitter, lightly sweet. Solid.

Hazy golden with a white head - Fruity citrus hop aroma - Malt body with a fruity citrus hop flaovur and some bitterness - The fruity hop flaovours with bitterness goes into the finish - This was good
