Description
The storied history of one of this island’s most beloved and iconic brands began on September 6, 1961, as Banks (Barbados) Breweries Limited opened its doors in Wildey, St. Michael and commenced production of Banks Beer, Barbados’ premium lager, and later, other indigenous brands such as PLUS, Tiger Malt, Canon Stoute, Coconut Cooler, Fruesta, and TWIST Shandy, just to name a few. The Brewery is also the local bottler and distributor of Guinness, and has been recognised by the world renowned brand for its maintenance of the highest level of quality and international standards.

My favorite part of staying at the beach — any beach — the last day and having to eat all kinds of weird mixtures of leftovers.
Already had Chinese food AND eggs and cheddar and Bologna. Having a Jamaican patty next.

Bottle. Pours amber gold. Apple, pear, grain, floral, biscuit, little sulfur. Light body. Fine.

Been looking for this lager for ages! Pretty good, especially with the jerk curry

Pour is a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is dry pale malt and a little wet paper bag. Flavor is the same. Dry pale malt with some paper. A little more full bodied than some other beers from this part of the world. Sitting on a beach probably makes this taste better.
