Bottle from Cost Plus World Market while looking for patio furniture. Goblet @home. BB: March 2023. Tall, melty, off-white head. Clear, Heineken color. Bittersweet grain scent, slight veg. Semi-sweet toast, medium acid, sharp, low prickly bitterness, dusty corn finish. Medium low carb, more silky than grainy, just enough alcohol. Meh.

Bottle from Oistins, Barbados, think I bought this in August 21, but it’s just about in date. Pours black with a massive tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel and a little marmite. Taste is smooth, malty, quite sweet, some chocolate and honey, OK, not sure I want this in the heat.
