Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.
Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.
Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

Bottle: Poured a deep black with a thin light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, biscuit, coffee. Taste is roasted malts, espresso coffee, dark chocolate, dries towards the finish, but has a tingle.

Taster at LoveCraft Beers, Thessaloniki, Greece. Pours darkish gold, clear, with fine white foam. Aroma is of cereal, malty, honey being evident. Body and carbonation are average. Taste, instead, has a good bitterness overcoming the malty sweetness, which is still evident in the background. Final is average.

Tap at Utopia Taproom, Thessaloniki, Greece. Pours blonde, clear, with moderate, fine white foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, honey, a hint of spiced. Taste is well balanced between medium sweetness and bitterness. Final is average.

0,33 l bottle from Sklavenitis, Chania. 14.03.2026. Think, for some reasons, it is the Voreia Latina with a different label for supermarkts. Clear golden, small head. Sweet lemon fruity aroma, pale grainy. Taste is dry citrus, cardboardy bitterness, grainy. Watery. Not so good.

0,33 l bottle at a hotel restaurant in Rethymno. BB 25.11.25. Now listed with 6,2 % abv. Black in the glass, small beige head. A lot of coffee, choco and roasty malty on the nose. Taste has more roasted malt, increasing coffee, some ashes. Dark berryfruity with a strong dry malty bitterness. Nearly no carbonation as expected. Really nice one.

Bottle, 4.8%. Mild but refreshing floral hop aroma. Hazy light golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour starts off quite malty, and then comes a floral hoppiness like in the aroma. Has a little yeast in the finish, which I think is common for the style. Quite flavourful for the style, also.
