Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.

Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.

Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

Draught at Buenos Aires, Rhodes. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, pale plums, spicy tones. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, pale plums, tones of citrus, spicy, metal, cardboard. Medium to fuller bodied. Still drinkable.

Bottle from friend, many thanks Robert. Hazy orange color with medium white head. Aroma of nuts, citrus hops, pines. Taste, solid malty base folloed by nice refreshing citrus hoppy bitterness. ood.

[ As Happy Brewers (Siris) - East Coast IPA ].
ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, fruity hops, woody. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, woody, fruity hops, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Hazy yellow, white froth. Mild fruity aroma. Juicy, fruity flavour. Tropical fruit maybe, a little citrus, grapefruit with a touch of spice in the finish.

Bottle, 5.2%. Slightly hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus and floral. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, little sweet, pine , medium dry and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.
