Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.
Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.
Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow colored brew with an dry taste, hints of banana and coriander. Quite heavy for an Belgian Witbier.

Bottle in 🇬🇷. Grain in the nose with citrus and hints of coriander. Dry oranges, yeast on the tongue. Nice bitterness in the end. Not bad.

Keg at Bibere, House of Beer, Piraeus, 15/10/24. Extremely dark mahogany brown meets light black topped with a beige cap that veers edgewards. Nose is chocolate biscuit, dark malts, toffee, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises cocoa powder, mellow roast, lactic pinch, dark malts, brown sugar scattering. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay stout if a little clunky and 1D at times.

Bottle in the hotel, picked up from Pantopolion grocery store, 12/10/24. Golden blonde topped with an off white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, airy malts, melon, light perfume. Taste comprises tangerine, citric tinged straw, melon, soft malts, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spotted with modest hop bitterness. Passable pale a little sweet amd flabby.

33cl bottle from in.ka market, Crete. 6%. Bbe 22.07.25. Poured unclear, light golden. Aroma of malts, some piney hops. Slight yeasty, fruity.

0,33 l bottle from a supermarket at Rethymno, Crete. Cloudy yellow with an one finger white head in the glass. Soapy citrus pale grainy and coriander on the nose. Taste is more on the dry orange side, a lot of yeast, pale grain. Present bitter hop. Above average carbonated. Nice summer stuff.
