Description
Town Brewery was founded in 2017 with a simple goal in mind; to make better beer and build a stronger community. In addition to making quality liquids, we regularly collaborate with likeminded charities, bands and environmental groups on our Community Brews...donating a percentage of sales to a charity of their choice and giving the organizations a proper shout out on our social channels.
Our favourite beers tend to be modern pale ales and IPAs, but that won’t stop us from putting together more traditional lagers, or experimenting with sours. Our beers represent our passion for quality, our desire to be creative, and our openness to explore and experiment with brewing methods and recipes to bring beer drinkers a unique and unforgettable experience.
Our goal is to enhance the lives of everyone involved with our brewing process from grain to glass. We want to create good jobs for local people by producing beer made from quality ingredients, while being actively involved in local community projects and events. With a small but passionate staff, our aim is to strengthen the beer community around us.

Whew, what's is the ibu's on this? Hardy hop forward brew that slides right in with a bit of a hop burn. Resinous, and a little pine, over a middling malt. Feels a touch rough but decent.

Light unfiltered blond. Taste has a little hop burn, with resin, some pine over a faiy sweet malt base with a fair bit of tropical fruits. A lot going on, but overall fairly decent.

Lightly hazy, bright yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good stay and some nice foamy lacing. Milder lemon and orange zest, with their juices. Got some honey notes in the taste at first, but balances out with the citrus peel and juices. A pretty good brew, but feels more like a hazy, juicy APA, as not so much in your face.

Can. Pale gold with a cm of white head that fades. Aroma is floral and spicy with a little lemon, hay. Lacks malty richness but it's clean and hayish before nice noble-type hops and a bitter finish. Pretty good but a tad thin.

Courtesy of Sergey, can; may have partially frozen in the fridge
Murky blond colour, large head. Nice aroma, fruity, sweet citrus, zest, hint of tropical fruit. Smooth mouthfeel, decent carbonation (but maybe the freezing changed this, possibly even for the better); sweet, full bodied, very juicy, with peach, sweet citrus, balanced bitterness.
Excellent.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of overripe stone fruits, moderately dank hops, and a bit of sweetness. Flavour is full of juicy stone fruit, a bit of tropical character, and moderately dank hops. Fresh and juicy, with low bitterness. Well-made for what it is. Excellent.

(473ml can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours fairly hazy deep gold with a thick white head and lace. Notes of pine and grapefruit, some melon, floral guava with it's lightly sweet and barely acidic character, peppery pineapples, smooth fruity esters, malt character is pretty retiring, mid-sweet and slightly doughy, finishing off-dry and lightly bitter with peppery grapefruit peels and pine needles. Medium-bodied, oily to creamy, fairly soft carbonation. Quite a citrus and pine show but smoothed off and creamy floral backing makes it seem modern nonetheless. Solid.
