Description
Eccentric beers and shirts, this is the winning combo offered by ZYTHOLOGIST. Equipped with their colorful attire, our two Crafters produce modern beers inspired by their many travels. As their outfit indicates, they founded their micro-brewery on the Hawaiian theme.
A few years ago, Nicolas and Bruno's friendship was borned during beer tastings where all their senses were used. This beverage became quickly a common passion. This is why they started studies of zythology and experimentation with their first brews. Always thirsty for knowledge, our 2 Zythologist's began micro-brewers studies.

Batch 032 fantastic. The proper way this beer should be made. Just a clear differentiator of what a proper yeast pitch can do to a beer. Mikkeller ams

14 July 2023. The Great Van Hoefskes Tasting - cheers all!
Clear yellow, thin, white head. Aroma of rosemary, thyme, lavender, dill, pomelo, lime, marmalade, plum, blue cheese, leather, vague cardamom. Taste has sour plum, grape & pomelo surrounded by spicy & herbal edges in a bready-doughy malt body; bit funky, lactic. Tart finish with yellow fruits, vague herbal hops, some woody tannins, lingering perfumey thyme & pomelo. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very elegant combination of fruitiness and spices.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of raspberries, blueberries and cereals. Pours cloudy dark ruby color with medium sized soapy pinky head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with tart berries and red wine, follows by citrus, tannins and wheat, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Refreshing, but not overwhelming…
