Description
Eccentric beers and shirts, this is the winning combo offered by ZYTHOLOGIST. Equipped with their colorful attire, our two Crafters produce modern beers inspired by their many travels. As their outfit indicates, they founded their micro-brewery on the Hawaiian theme.

A few years ago, Nicolas and Bruno's friendship was borned during beer tastings where all their senses were used. This beverage became quickly a common passion. This is why they started studies of zythology and experimentation with their first brews. Always thirsty for knowledge, our 2 Zythologist's began micro-brewers studies.

Draft @ Ostara beerfest - LaSource.

Gushing to fluffy, fast receding white head over very carbonated veiled pale golden beer. Oregano (but in reality, it is savory), in a very outspoken way. Herbal, and a bit of lactic acid. Again the same, a really outspoken oregano flavour, with both a mineral and a sweet extra component. Slick, bit oily feel. Very well-carbonated, tad chewy. Good and very original. OK, sariette is savory, but I would have put money on oregano. Txs to Stef!

Batch #92 Good cream-beige head, pinkish, over red-tinted, almost black beer. Kirsch (indeed), vanilla (bis), almonds (bitter and sweet). Very vanilly. Sweet, lightly sourish. Suffering under an overload of vanilla. Sweetened cherry yoghurt. Slick, sticky, syrupy. Well-carbonated luckily. Feels heavy for only 6%. Vanilla overdose. Txs to Stef!

Cloudy bright red beer, small creamy irregular off-white to pink head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty dirty, funky, sulphur, slightly fruity, metallic touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic, infected, a bit fruity, some blackberries and a hint of raspberries. Aftertaste: sourish, lemony touch, pretty bitter, some tannins, not getting any rhubarb here, to be honest.
