Description
La Brasserie de la Mule est un projet de production de bières issues d'ingrédients biologiques en plein cœur du quartier historique de Schaerbeek.

De oprichter is de Duitser Joël Galy en de brouwerij maakt dan ook vooral bieren in Duitse stijl. Het heet Brasserie de la Mule omdat de ezel het symbool is van Schaarbeek en een ezel en een paard een muilezel voortbrengen.

33cl can. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of herbal pale malt, grains. Taste of dry grainy malt, herbs, hay.

Burk från No Science webshop. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt stabilt skum. Doft av örter, kryddor, gräs, jäst, jord och päron. Torr, krispig, mycket karaktär från jäst och kryddor, gräs, örter, lite tvål och en lätt fruktighet. Snygg modern krispig saison med mycket karaktär. Mycket gott.

33cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: straw, blonde, hazy. A: malty, hay, floral, bit citrus, dusty, bit bready, spicy, honey touch. T: medium malty base, green banana, dusty, mineral touch, bready, quite dry on the palate, long lasting bitterness, bit orange, nice balanced beer if not typical for the style, enjoyed for sure.

33cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, good retention. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, wheat, banana, mineral touch, peach, clove, bit grassy. T: medium wheat malty base, nice fruity and hoppy onset, banana, bit herbal, clove touch, mineral, medium carbonation, quite hoppy for the style actually yet nice balanced beer still, fully enjoyed.
