(Draft at Bar de la Mule, Brussels, 20 Sep 2025) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, banana and clove. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, banana, peaches, clove and grass. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing hefeweizen. Nice one.
