Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear, dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Sweet roasty nose with some greasy British hops. Medium body, sweet fruit, sweet roast. Some astringent bitterness from a fairly unsophisticated, raw bitterness. Not bad just not anythitng spectacular. 220312

Draft @ Tap East, Stratford E20. Pours a hazy golden pale amber color with a creamy off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak berry hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

RBESG August 2011, The Rake. Golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with biscuit character, and some grapefruit hops. Dry and malty flavour with citrus hops and medium bitterness.

Keg at the Euston Tap’s Black Friday. Pours clear brown with with a small, foamy head. Holds a mild toasted malt aroma with hints of caramel. Medium sweet flavor, notes of bready toast, caramel, light chocolate, faint grass. Medium in body with average, smooth carbonation. Balanced finish, more toasty malts, some burnt sugar, caramel, mild earth. Very nice brew.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
