An unclear orange beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is wheaty with notes of oranges and coriander. The flavor is very sweet and wheaty with notes of coriander and banana with a smooth mouthfeel and a dry end. I’m confused of the style on the bottle it says that it is fruity with a taste of coriander, which obviously is correct - which in my world makes it a Wit not a German hefeweizen?

Muddy light blond color and big head. Metallic wheat beer aroma. For me, an ordinary Wheat beer, spicy, but not so much interesting…

Bottled (BB 03/2005)
Hazy orange with small white head. Aroma is fruity with aromatic hops and hints of horseblanket, kind of Orval-like. Well-balanced, a bit too light bodied with fruity hoppyness and hints of honey. Soft hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Flavor is similar to English bitters. Propably fresh 6% was quite excellent, this version is only average.

Bottled, hazy golden (cannot be seen through) and about 5mm white head. Aroma consists of malt and fruit. It feels dry in mouth, and tastes of malt and citrus, wellbalanced. Not much bitterness.

Brown/orange murky colour. Thick, white head, looks like ice-cream. Refreshing banana and citrus aroma. Mouthfilling yeasty toffee-flavour. Dry hazelnut-bitterness in the finish. A very wonderful Hefeweisen indeed.

Hazy light amber color; creamy head. Simple aroma: light malt, vegetable broth. Dry mouthfeel, some caramel, ordinary in the middle, but a bit more metallic at the end. Strong bitterness, long.

Bottled. Muddy orange colour, small creamy head. Aroma where the banana overpowers the coriander and orange. Sweet and richly malty with fairly soft, filling mouthfeel. Juicy finish. The best news from Gotlands Bryggeri for many years.
