Description
We are a brewery & distillery, located on a picturesque 100 acre farm in the small township of Ayr. When Cameron Formica and Jordan and Nolan Vanderheyden finished university, they were looking for something outside of the classic nine to five. They really wanted to do something hands-on that they could physically create. So in 2017 they founded Willibald Farm Distillery and Brewery.

Buying it at Beerolution, Troisdorf, in april 2024, drinking it today in my kitchen after a full day with the children. Classical and solid neipa double ipa, herbal side, tropical note, oat, malt, a bit sweet and syrupy, note of lychee, bitter, citrus, peachy, good job.

From the ex P&M Getränkmarkt, at Troisdorf, in april 2024. Canned in june 2023. Opening this can yesterday, at night. Full and rich white ipa, in my point of view. The taste is dry, mineral and fruity at the same, touch of lychee, passion fruit, mango, 30.11.24, at Epalinges.

Can form the Willibald stall at St Jacob's Market. Cloudy medium orange with a long lasting one finger white cap that leaves tight lace. Nose is tropical fruit, citrus, nectarine, resin, floral notes, light bubble gum. Flavour follow but even brighter than the nose with a light mango, melon and nectarine sweetness followed by a medium orange zest, pineapple and resin bitterness. Mouth is full and creamy with average carbonation and a juicy finish. Quite warming but balanced.
