Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku
-one of the few independent traditional breweries in the Czech republic
-brews all its beers according to the traditional double-mashed technology which means that the beer is fermented in open vats and lagered in horizontal lagering tanks for 40-60 days
-only uses the highest quality raw materials of Czech origin, namely Czech malts, Saaz hops and water from its own deep wells, to make the beer
-has the right to mark its products with the protected geographical indication Czech beer

06.07.2022 -- on tap at prague beer museum bar, 51 czk/0.33l. pours a clear deep golden with a steady head. aroma of honey, fermented cabbage, a bit of caramel malts. flavour of toffee, hazelnut, basil. wine, lemon juice and a hint of balsamico in the finish. weird smell as usual with honey products, ok otherwise.

Can 50 cl. Golden, clear, good foam. Aroma: malt candies and biscuits, grassy with flowers and spice hops, a little bit of herbs. Slightly sweetish taste, hoppy, grassy, slightly spicy, moderate bitterness.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber with a creamy head. Mostly roasted malt and caramel, dry citrus, molasses, hazelnuts. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Light to medium bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry malty sweet finish. Decent.

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction, in Rimini, Italy. Pours dark gold, fairly transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is slightly malty, caramel and herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter. Final is average in intensity, though pretty long with some moderate bitterness.
