Bottle at Palivec Porterhouse Sofia malty Czech lager. I thought good. some get a butter oily feel but this was dry too on the finish .Good malt hop balance. if all lager was like this I would drink a lot more. really drinkable compared with usual crap .Liked it.
Bottled 500ml (from Tallinn) Golden colour, small white head. Nose is very metallic with some sweetish maltyness. Light-bodied, fizzy. Decent grassy-herbal hoppyness, sweetish maltyness. Typical Czech. Flavour is much better than aroma.
Bottled 500ml (from Keila) Opaque black colour, small steady beige head. Burned malty, saccarine, licorice in the nose. Light-bodied. Burned malts, caramalt, saccarine in the flavour. Too sweet.
Bottle from Albert Olšanské nam. Murky chestnut body, lasting off white head. Rye bread aroma, sweetish, notes of raisins. Quite okay. Light sweetish taste, raisins and light roastiness. Not a bad little dark lager really.
0.5l bottle from Albert Olšanské nam. Golden body, white head. Clean light malty aroma, very light herbal touches. Clean matly taste, light herbal hoppy touches again. Okay lager really, nothing too special but well made.
